RV SITES - All RV sites on and off the creek are 45.00 per night w/water & elec. (includes 2 people) - $10.00 extra for each additional person. Children 5 & under $5.00.

CREEK SITES - Tents sites 35.00 per night (2 people) - $10.00 extra for each additional person. Children 5 & under $5.00 each. 2 night min for creek sites on weekends.  Limit of 2 tents per site (2 man tents).

OFF CREEK SITES - 28.00 Per night (2 people) - $10.00 extra for each additional person. Children 5 & under $5.00.    

GROUP RATES -  available for special Occasions, Birthday party , Bachelor parties, Anniversary, Family & Class reunions, Fishing & Kayaking Clubs and more !!  Large Fire Pit available for group events. Groups of 6 people or more will be charged the group rate.  call 845-688-7405     

TENT RENTALS, FISHING POLE RENTALS, AIR MATTRESS RENTALS, GRILL TOPS FOR FIRE PIT RENTALS, CAMP LIGHT RENTALS, TUBE RENTALS, HIKING MAPS and FIREWOOD - Available at OFFICE.

FIREWOOD  - Due to a notice from the State of NY with a concern of transporting harmful bugs to our area which have been killing trees and foliage in the Catskills, firewood can only be PURCHASED at our office. NO FIREWOOD WILL BE PERMITTED AT ALL FROM OUTSIDE OUR PROPERTY !

DAILY USE PICNIC AREA - available on our campground located on the banks of the Esopus Creek, great for larger groups or a family day out. Call for reservations.  9am - 6 pm   Rates $5.00 per person.

1.  There is a 2 week notice for single site cancellations, $10.00 cancellation fee if cancelled  before 2 wks of reservation.  No Refunds for Cancellations less then 2 wks of reservations.

 2.  NO REFUNDS ON GROUP RESERVATIONS.

If you're not checked in by 5 pm PLEASE call and let us know your arriving later. Your site will be considered open and will be available for rental if we do not receive your call.
