Tennis
Ball Therapy
Do
you suffer from a sore spot in your upper/middle back
you know... the one right between your shoulderblades?
Well, if you do, I have just the thing...
- Place two
tennis balls into a sock so they fit tightly together
- Tie off the
sock so that the tennis balls stay close together
- Lie down
on the floor and place the tennis balls in the sock under your
back, so that one tennis ball is on either side of your spine
- Position
the balls in the sock on a tender area and relax into it - don't
try to press hard, just relax into it, breathing fully and deeply
- Once the
area is no longer tender and you have relaxed into the counterpressure
of the tennis balls, move the balls to a new location and repeat
all the way up and down the spine
